Paragon Video and Stereo offers award-winning repair services on everything we sell locally from our store, as well as other audio components you have that might need a little TLC. Please note that our repair service extends only to those items that are physically brought into our store location in Madison, Wisconsin, and then physically picked up.

We charge a minimum of $35 + tax, for a total of $36.93 for us to examine your piece of equipment. Once the problem has been diagnosed, the $36.93 goes towards the repair. If we feel the repair cost will exceed $100 total, we will call you first to get your authorization before proceeding with the repair. If you feel the component is not worth repairing, we keep the $36.93 for our evaluation time. However, if you decide you want to purchase either a new or used component from us, we will apply the $36.93 as credit, so you are out nothing.

Paragon has more than 30 years experience in repairs with two qualified technicians on staff and we have more than ½ million dollars of parts in our inventory .Here are some examples of audio components we regularly repair:

* Antique wind-up phonographs

At times we may even repair antique audio equipment such as antique wind-up phonographs or radios. We also offer a priority repair service for those who absolutely must have their component fixed within a 24-hour turnaround time for an additional $100 + normal repair costs.

Anything repaired by us will be fully warranted for 90 days from the date of repair.
