Harbor Athletic Club offers a multitude of classes suited for adults living active and full lives. In the warm water pool, sports pool and floor exercise.
- Warm Water Pool
Exercise classes in the warm water pool are very popular. Our members enjoy a wide variety of gentle water exercise classes (many Arthritis Foundation Approved.) The warm water pool is conveniently located off the first floor for members who have difficulty walking.
Looking for a class? Try Gentle Joints, Joints in motion, Free to Move, Joints in Motion/Tai Chi, or Pilates/Free to Move.
- Sport Pool
Water fitness classes in the Sport Pool are also popular. Choose from a variety of classes and times. The sport pool is centrally located, perfect for those who have trouble walking.
- Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi classes in the Wellness Center
Many of our members take advantage of classes at the Wellness Center, including Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi.
Yoga Made Easy - A gentle class using a chair as the main prop. Perfect for persons with joint pain, limited range of motion, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and arthritis. This class will help increase your flexibility, lung capacity and introduce you to relxation techniques for a better quality of life.
Pilates Beat: A Pilates mat class plus music, extra movement, energy, and some standing footwork.This class is low-impact and appropriate for all levels.
At Harbor Athletic Club we have registered dietitians ready to help you with your nutrition needs. Whether you are trying to lose weight, training for a triathlon, or struggling as a diabetic, you will find professional help located conveniently at Harbor. Our R.D.’s and personal trainers have the ability to test your resting metabolic rate through a scientific testing device designed by New Leaf. Furthermore, your dietitian can check on your blood lipids, cholesterol, and blood sugars with the prick of a finger.

Harbor's Wellness Center offers a refreshing break from the high-energy larger club scene. It is conveniently located across the parking lot from the main club building and is open 7 days a week! With the exception of reformer (machine) pilates, everything at Wellness is included in your membership!
